I provide a warm, non-judgemental and confidential therapeutic relationship where we can identify and explore the areas in your life you would like to improve in the here and now. Developing awareness and methods to relieve struggle or difficulties you may be facing.
Together we can work on relationship issues, reducing depression or anxiety, as well as identifying and healing from trauma- helping you find a stronger more confident version of you.
I have been working in mental health for the past 9 years. I have experience working as a part of a multidisciplinary team with the NHS in specialist mental health care as well as counselling a variety of people through various charities and NHS services.
