Life can present us with multiple situations that can feel over whelming, for example grief, loss, work stress, relationship difficulties, menopause, transitions in life – you name it, they all can have an impact on how we view ourselves, our relationships and how to perceive a future – talking to someone safe can help process these experiences.

My approach
An essential part of my practice is offering a containing, supportive environment in which to explore and make links between emotional distress, your current situation and life experience. I believe in offering a regular, safe, non-judgemental and supportive space to explore whatever experience you wish and working collaboratively to find a way forward for as long or as short a time as you need.
