Depression

There are many factors why we might feel low, sad and unmotivated with life, but persistent feelings like this could be depression, manifested from difficult and perhaps unresolved experiences in the past or present.

Talking therapy can help you identify the sources of your depression and to find tools that help you to manage and adapt to negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Depression can fluctuate, with some days feeling more manageable and bearable and other days feeling debilitated. Leaving you unable to do the most basic of tasks.

There are varying types of depression from mild to extreme (clinical), manic depression, postnatal depression.

Talking therapy can help develop ways of coping, providing tools and strategies to move forward in life and find resolve.

Our therapists offer an initial 15 minute, free, initial consultation, to understand what you might be struggling with and to give you the opportunity to "meet" your therapist to ensure you feel comfortable with each other.

All sessions are held on a one-to-one basis using secure video platform, Microsoft Teams.
