Most of us have experienced some type of loss in our lives perhaps a death, job, relationship, health, security, or our innocence. Leaving us feeling in pain, scared and alone. Therapy can help you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and provide support to you with your grief, whatever stage of this difficult process this might be. Offering you a safe non-judgemental space to share your pain, your feelings and find some tools and strategies to help you find some healing and relief.

About us

We are a small, selective group of UK-based pyschotherapists who are registered and accredited members of British Counselling, Psychotherapy Associations and are therefore bound by their Ethical Framework for good practice.

We have been set up to address the specific needs of those based in China & the Far East.

Our therapists offer an initial 15 minute, free, initial consultation, to understand what you might be struggling with and to give you the opportunity to "meet" your therapist to ensure you feel comfortable with each other.

All sessions are held on a one-to-one basis using secure video platform, Microsoft Teams.
