Anxiety

There are many different reasons we feel anxious, as well as there being many different presentations of anxiety and many different causes of anxiety.

Anxiety is our bodies natural response to these experiences and often the body gets stuck in this fight flight response.

Therapy will help/enable you to explore what is causing/underlying your anxiety and try to pinpoint what is activating it and find ways/give you some tools to eliminate/overcome/soothe it/reduce it.

About us

We are a small, selective group of UK-based pyschotherapists who are registered and accredited members of British Counselling, Psychotherapy Associations and are therefore bound by their Ethical Framework for good practice.

We have been set up to address the specific needs of those based in China & the Far East.

Our therapists offer an initial 15 minute, free, initial consultation, to understand what you might be struggling with and to give you the opportunity to "meet" your therapist to ensure you feel comfortable with each other.

All sessions are held on a one-to-one basis using secure video platform, Microsoft Teams.
