Forms of abuse are (physical, mental, sexual, emotional and psychological) and any behaviour that creates upset and harm. It can take time to heal and repair the hurt and pain that comes from experiencing abuse and it’s aftermath Therapy can help heal the wounds and help you move on with your life.

About us

We are a small, selective group of UK-based pyschotherapists who are registered and accredited members of British Counselling, Psychotherapy Associations and are therefore bound by their Ethical Framework for good practice.

We have been set up to address the specific needs of those based in China & the Far East.

Our therapists offer an initial 15 minute, free, initial consultation, to understand what you might be struggling with and to give you the opportunity to "meet" your therapist to ensure you feel comfortable with each other.

All sessions are held on a one-to-one basis using secure video platform, Microsoft Teams.
